help here with SUS and GPO's

Ok...i got a OU under several OU's which is my test OU, the only thing i
have configured is ths computer configuration for the AU,through SUS. Now
does any other policy i have running overriding this OU. Is there anything
that could even stop it from happening. The other OU dont even use Computer
configuration (disabled) but use USER configuration is being used, now
when i logg in as the user that i have setup in the OU,which the PC account
is there to, they have set to remove control panel so i cant see anything
also C:\ is hidden from user. But it doesnt seem to be working, oh yea, i
got it scheduled in SUS so have i done anything wrong or is it something
else?

Is the test computer in the OU where you have set Wuau adm policy ?
If no higher OU or Domain linked GPO is setting the same Wuau.adm
policy using Enforce/NoOverride then the Wuau.adm should be felt
by any computer in that testing OU as long at it is at current service pack.
