HELP HELP HELP

HELP

My Internet Explorer has just completely stopped working.
I mean I can't even download the same version from the
Internet without an error message. I disabled the IE in
the registry and STILL get an error message when attempting
too load IE 6. I can't delete it... Can't reinstall it...
What should I do?
 
What, exactly, is IE doing- or not doing? Any error messages?
