HELP HELP HELP - The file could not be written to the cache

When right clicking on a file and selecting 'Save target
as'

I get this message:

Microsoft Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer cannot download filename from servername.

The file could not be written to the cache
-----------------------------------------------------------
