YOU LOOK LIKE YOU KNOW YOUR STUFF SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW I CAN SIMPLY SEND
A PICTURE EMAIL FROM MY PHOTO GALLERY
 
I know *some* stuff, but don't address questions to specific responders.
Whichever responder feels like he has expertise in a given area
will take it on. My expertise is more in the area of the interaction
between mail clients and mail servers, so I'll let your question about
picture attachments be handled by someone else.

First, turn off capslock.
Then start a message, click Inert | File attachment and browse to and select
the picture.
