Im not up on Heatsinks and stuff for Intell, but here's his request:

"I need a socket 775 processor super quite fan it has to mount and blow directly over the heat exchange & processor"

CPU he is looking at buying is a SKT 775 P4 3.6 HT

Any recommendations?

This is super quiet

The Zalman range are fairly quiet as well but not as efficient as the Noctua.

Yeah probs is the system he wants to put it in is a Bespoke system so that heatsink wont fit in it because of the size of the case

He's gonna have a think anyway.
