Somehow I've lost the ability to access the help files in
WindowsXP. I'm not sure if the files are on my computer
or not. When I click on the Help and Support button on
the Start Bar, I don't get the Help coming up. There is
no error about a shortcut to nowhere. Any ideas on how
to correct this? Do I need to extract the files from my
WindowsXP disk.

Thanks, Reggie
