Help Files not Copied to Image for Component

T

Tim Houle

I've added a few components to my build such as HP
LaserJet 2200. After I build my image and try to
install/configure the HP LaserJet Driver, I get a prompt
to locate the help (.HL_) files. The files are not being
copied to my image even though in TD I have not
selected "Do not copy help files for this component."

Any ideas?

Tim:

It's a known issue that printing components need the help files. Refer to
the SP1 release notes. I think you'll need to adjust the global setting for
hlp files and then clear the Help inclusion option for all unwanted Help in
the configuration on a component by component basis.

Also, is this a USB printer? If so, refer to the SP1 Release Notes for
additional info.

At the very top level in the middle pane of TD, there are 'Settings'
under the name of your .slx file. Go to those settings -> 'Other
Settings' and make sure that the 'Do not copy help files for this
configuration' box is unchecked.
