When I clik on "Help" in any application or on the .hlp
files from Win Exporer they are not launched. Anyone have
any ideas why? XP

Hi Ken,

Download the .hlp association fix from here and run it.
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/fileassoc/xp_hlp_file_fix.zip

If this does not help, check if the winhlp32.exe file exists in the
c:\windows\system32 folder. If not, extract a copy from CD.

Winhlp32.exe, winhlp32.hlp and winhlp32.cnt are all
missing from the Windows/system folder. I presume this is
the problem. No CD came with the computer, but the cab
files are on the hard drive. Unfortunatley I cannot
extract the files for some reason. I'm stumped.

Hi Ken,

Restore winhlp32.exe for XP or XPSP1 (Line 57)
