Help! File locked for editing.

Thank you for your quick response. We tried both things, but haven'
had any luck finding the problem. Any other suggestions
 
Unfortunately I don't have see the original posting, but if the file is in
use and the file is saved on a local machine, reboot the computer. If that
doesn't work and using Windows XP, see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=812937. If the file is sitting on a
network somewhere, then you have to unlock it there. Procedure depends on the
OS used on the server.
