Help File Format Warnings

I'd like to use an older version of Corel Draw on this VISTA 64 system. Every
time I touch anything, I get:

"Why can't I get Help from this program?

The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which was used
in previous versions of Windows and it is not supported in Windows Vista."

Is there a way of turning off this 'warning' msg box?

As I remember it, those help files used the *.HLP extension. I would
rightclick a .hlp icon, (create a file with that extension in notepad if
necessary.) and chose 'open with', put a check in 'always use this' and
chose Notepad.
