help file blocked by XP wlan????

I have an SMC wifi usb thingy attached to my computer.
Opening the SMC program I click on the help file button and I am
greeted by a window saying I cant do this because windows has detected
an unverified unsigned application.
What do I have to change so I can view the help file?
XP home edition.

I would greatly appreciate it if Mr. Gates would allow me to use MY
PERSONAL COMPUTER as I desire without him telling me I cant use a
program because his crap says it aint verified.
 
Find the help file, right click, click properties, if at the bottom it has an
unblock button, click that, click apply, OK.
