Help / F1 problem

I keep getting the message "This page is unavailable" when I press F1 or
try to open help

I have Office Professional 2007.
Vista Home Premium SP1.

The problem occurs in all of the Office products.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Do you have internet on the computer atm? by default it will try to connect
to office online help.

In the buttom in the help window you can change it to use the help files on
the local computer.

Yes, I have cable. So it should be connected all of the time.
