HELP: Error message "You cannot add or change a record"

basic design with 1:many in the direction of the arrow.

tble_Query -> tble_CCode <- lkup_CcodeS <- Lkup_CCodeT

When I try to enter a cause code in the form, I get the message:

"You cannot add or change a record because a related record is required in
table 'lkup_CcodeS' "

Both "lkup_CcodeS" and "lkup_CcodeT" have all the required information that
I need. In the previous version, I didn't get this message so I am not sure
how to resolve this or what is going on.

Have you checked the Link Master Field and Link Child Field properties of
the subform control?
