Help: Email address for a public folder

Hi:

Is there a way that I can create an email address that is an alias to a
public folder?

What I would like to be able to do is to send an email to someone, and cc,
(or BCC) a folder by inserting an address that actually points to a public
folder on the exchange server.

Any thoughts
