help e-mail lost in space?

Hi, I am having trouble getting e-mails from rancher (e-mail address removed)
just her.
I had recieved one e-mail from her in junk mail,I clicked on her e-mail
,then 'not junk'
ever since then her mail doesn't come thorough.
I also put her on the safe list but it still didn't help.
Anyone know what happened here LOL

Clicking "Not Junk" does nothing except move the message into the Inbox.
Check the Blocked Senders list and make sure she is not on it.
Blocked Senders overrides Safe Senders.

No idea, other than to say that 'rancher (e-mail address removed)' is not a valid
address, because of the space after 'rancher'.
 
LOL ,that was just a finger fart but could have been a possiblility had it
