HELP did a system restore Lost everything???

I did a detect and repair and lost all my calendar and contacts. I use office
2003 Prof. I see some pst files, but am not sure what I am looking at. I
Suspect my old pst files must be deleted. can I recover them if they are not
overwriten? How would I search for them?

No data gets delete by either a system restore or detect and repair. Connect
to the pst-file by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File... to find out what is in
there.
