Help dialog box won't show up

My Help dialog box for any program won't show up. It started when I had a
question in AutoCAD, so I hit the F1 key. The Help dialog box didn't show
up. So I went to Word & the help dialog for Word woudn't show up their
either. So then I clicked on Start/Help and Support & that one didn't show
up either. So I restarted my machine & that didn't fix the problem. I'm
running Xp SP2. What do I need to do to fix this problem? Thanks
