Ok. So i was fiddling around with a voice program called "ventrilo." When I
was trying to fix my voice (Everything i said came out 3x faster and i
sounded almost like a chipmunk) I found it was the codec that was doing it (I
found this out by switching available codecs and the other worked.) So i went
into control panel and switched the settings to try and make GSM 6.10 audio
codec not the first priority, so i could use another. It wouldn't go, so i
deleted it. And now i desperately need this codec. I have been visiting free
codec sites and installing everything, nothing yet has installed that core
audio codec and i desperately need someones help.
