HELP! - Delete recycle bin (file) by error - How to restore it ?

By error, I delete all file in recycle bin instead of
recupering the file I wanted.

I absolutly need one file that was in recycle bin.

I want to restore what was in recycle bin before that
accident, can I do that?

.... I'm sure there a trick for that.

Please help me.

First, stop using the computer completely right now(except reading this).
The more you use the computer the less likely you are to get the file back.
Once windows overwrties the area on the drive where the deleted file is,
then it's gone. (the gov could possibly get it back). Using the computer
might make windows overwrite that area for something else. Then check out
this:
http://www.undelete.com/coverpage.asp
 
Look on ther internet for a free file named rescue.exe.
You may be able to recover your file using that program.
