Help creating list of Reoccuring names

Hello

i need help in what formula or best way it would be to create
seperate list from several, on a number of my sheets that will displa
all names that have occured more than once. can anyone help

Here is one way, but it does show all of the repetitions as well

Select a range of cells in an adjacent column. Then in the formula bar enter

=IF(ISERROR(SMALL(IF(COUNTIF($A$1:$A$20,$A$1:$A$20)>1,ROW($A1:$A20),""),ROW(
$A1:$A20))),"",
INDEX($A$1:$A$20,SMALL(IF(COUNTIF($A$1:$A$20,$A$1:$A$20)>1,ROW($A1:$A20),"")
,ROW($A1:$A20))))

and commit with Ctrl-Shift-Enter.
