help creating a macro to convert Table to regular text

Hi,
Can anyone help me to create a macro that converts the tables of a received message to the regular text.
To do that without macro, I have to do the following:
1-open the message
2-from message tab choose "actions | edit message"
3-from Table Tools | layout, choose convert to text.
That would be great to do whole thing without macro in the reading pane without opening the message in a separate window.
