Help! Copying files and automated renaming when duplicate exists?

I have a bazillion PSD (Photoshop) files spread across about a million
folders, and I'd like to copy all of them (5gb) to a single directory.
I'm prompted to overwrite whenever there is a file by the same name
already in the destination directory. If possible, I'd like to have
the file copied, but with an appended number (or whatever), or at least
be prompted to rename on the fly or something. I don't really care how
they get there really. I just need all PSDs in one folder regardless
of what their names are.

Can anyone suggest a tool that can do this, or is this possible in
Windows alone in any way? Thanks soooo much for any direction or
suggestions!

This is a part response. If you are using the FAT32 file system, your
file size is limited to 4Gb. If you are using NTFS the file size can be
up to the size of your partition. Someone else may be able to help you
with info or an app that will do exactly what you want.
