HELP, continuous event log errors

Hi, thanks,
My 2K server, also running exchange, GC, Pretty much all
AD roles - I have AD on one other server also.
I'm getting this event in the app log like every thirty
seconds:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: FPConMsg
Event Category: None
Event ID: 9
Date: 01/13/2004
Time: 2:37:19 PM
User: N/A
Computer: RFX
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 9 ) in Source ( FPConMsg )
cannot be found. The local computer may not have the
necessary registry information or message DLL files to
display messages from a remote computer. The following
information is part of the event: Error opening
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE on local machine (Error 203).


Any Ideas?

Didn't find much in our database on this but did find a couple of cases with
that error, and it appears to have been caused by a product called FaxPress
(or Fax Press, not sure as one case spelled it one way the the other case
spelled the other way).
They were directed to the vendor of that product.
Normally all the necessary error msg dll info for windows are registered ok,
but when we see the msg that the dll for that error couldn't be found, it
often also indicates that it is a 3rd party product generating the msg.
