help. confirming csv file for import

I have a csv file, and would like to confirm my CN string.

I have
CN=Janice Via K,OU=Training,DC=aqt.primevde.irs,DC=gov

Will this work above?

I know the standard is
CN=John Doe, OU=Sales, DC=Microsoft, DC=com

Also, do i need to enclose this with a quotation ("...")
