Help: Computer reboots automatic...

every time i try to transfer something to my computer the
computer turns off... why does this happen.. I have
norton 2004 and have checked for virus.. when windows
starts up.. it says that a driver is the cause, but all
my drivers are for xp...
Please help me here!!

Can you please post the name of the driver that is mentioned in the error message?
