Help computer hangs when I log in at louding preferences

Hlep, after i type in my paassword i used log in in 10 sec. but now it seems to stop respondin at loading personal preferences and takes 1-2 min. After im log in everthing works like it used to. Ive tried uninstalling programs ive recently installed, ran a windows update, I even created another desktop just to see what will happen and it does the same thing.

Try going to START / RUN / type in MSCONFIG. click on the Startup tab and
there you can uncheck whatever you wish windows not to load. This may help
you out. You can also try creating a new account and see if that delay
happens. If it doesn't I would keep that new account and copy your data over
and delete your old account.
