Help, changed from domain to workgroup now i cant log on

I changed my office laptop from a domain to a work group
in a dumb attempt to network it with my home PC. Now i
cant log in, is there a default password i dont know about?
 
Unless you know the local Administrators password, your only option is to
return the machine to the network where it belongs and ask the system
administrator to rejoin it for you.
