Help Center Problem

I'm running Windows XP Home Edition on my laptop and recently the Help
Center has began popping up for no reason. Sometimes as many as 50 or 60 at
one time. Also, any application I use, the help file for it pops up and
won't close. Does anyone know of a solution??
 
I have just reformated my hard drive and reinstalled windows and still have
the problem. I don't even have an internet connection hooked up yet either.
And I scanned for a virus and spyware before I did the reinstall...

Spammers will be happy, if this really is your email address. You
might consider not using it if you want to reduce issues related to
unsolicited email.
