Help! Can't open IE

I encounter problem to access IE, prompt "The page cannot
be displayed", and I'm very sure that the network
connection is OK because I can login to the network.

I am not sure is cos by the virus, when I start up the
computer, the Virus Scan Alert windows appear prompt me
that the "osmim.dll" is detected by the McAfee Virus Scan
and this file cannot be clean, delete or move it away.

Anyone have any idea how to get rid of it?

Get the LSPfix and Spybot as suggested.

If you can download HighJackThis and run it you will probably find this
entry.

O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP
provider 'osmim.dll' missing

and let HJT correct it.
