HELP - Cannot Get Into Active Directory

My inexperienced Admin - thinking he was doing well, changed the
Administrator Password and now can not get into Active Directory - Any
advice - other than replace?
 
Don't you have another admin account to use?? You could also do an
authorative restore of active directory from backup which will require the
knowledge of the password configured for that purpose which was configured
when dcpromo was run for the original dc. --- Steve
