Help! Cannot find Control Panel in Start Menu

I was using the task bar settings in the Control Panel to remove some icons
and I must have chosen something I should't.

I can no longer locate my Control Panel or the Settings links from my start
Menu. Please help me locate the control panel so that I can reajust the
setting.

hi there
try to open your Windows explorer or any program with an address bar
then type there "control panel"
this should bring you there, hopefully
also works with start->run-> control panel -> enter

Paul,

Right click the Start
select properties
select Start Menu tab
with Start menu bullet selected, select Customize
in advanced tab, Start menu items, Set Control Panel (first item) to Display
as a link.
