HELP BUILDING MANUFACTURING D/BASE

Does anybody know of a sample database like northwind but based on
manufacturing . that would give me insight into how to build a d/base to
produce a product that has over 800 indivdual parts :

parts are used for build (wip) and for stock (service and replacements)

Product is custom built to customers spec
