HELP...BSOD fix needed!

Using WinXP home. What is the fix for the Blue Screen of Death that I
usually, but not always get at shutdown?

The error msg at the top is always the same DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
At the bottom STOP: 0X000000D1. Below that it "postcly.sys etc."...no clue
what that is!
or infrequently "videopost.sys etc").

I assume it is some kind of driver error. I have tried the MS help and
troubleshooting pages,
but nothing there has worked for me. Thanks in advance for all help on this
annoying problem. Fran
