Help Being Used as a Spam Relay!

Help! My Window XP Home edition is being used as a spam relay!
I do not have the IIS component or SMTP service installed.
I turned off the system recovery from "My Computer".
I have Norton Antivirus installed and with the latest virus definition and
it did not pick up any virus.
I have all of the latest updates for Windows XP/ SP2.
I have my firewall is on.

Please help!

I get a bit more spam than the typical surfer from visitors to my web sites.
Lots of it probably comes from you! Would you please clear your internet
temporary files before opening your email & the cute attachments!
Wish Microsoft would come out with auto clear cache before opening email
check box & default it to on.
