help and support

When I click help and support nothing happens. It is as
if I had done nothing. Any suggestions?

Depends.....common if this is a Dell. Either way:

Delete the Param1 line and modify the rest to match:

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{2559a1f1-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0}\Instance\InitPropertyBag]

"CLSID"="{13709620-C279-11CE-A49E-444553540000}"
"method"="Help"
"command"="@shell32.dll,-12709"

Once done hit refresh, then Help and Support.
