I recently bought a Dell with Vista Home Premium. When I press START
(windows logo) and click on Help and Support, the Windows Help and Support
screen opens but with nothing showing and I get the 2 error messages.
1. Internet Explorer cannot download / from help. Internet Explorer was
not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either
unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.
2. (It is a download progress screen) 0% of from help Completed
How can I get it so the Help and Support is properly functioning again. Can
I somehow reinstall or fix that part of Vista?
