help and support

Whenever I download a new update the help and support
button in the start menue will not open help and support
when pressed. The hard drive becomes active and I hear it
working then help and support does not open. I've had to
restore the computer to a previous state already and that
fixed it then but I would rather not have to do this all
the time>

Are you saying all updates or just one? Either/or I would
report this problem to Microsoft support services,it
could be a bug in the update.Also if your hard drive is
making noise,I would back up your files incase of
failure...Good luck.
