help and support xp pro sp1

when i click on find compatible hardware and software for windows xp it
shows a circle red x with the words cannot display the page i have comcast
highspeed internet 5101 surfboard modem with a router what is wrong with my
connection that causes help annd support to not connect? or be detected by
windows
