Help and support not working

My help and support is not working.

I have tried to start the service but get an error code 126.

I have tried to reinstalled the service by right clicking pchealth but it
asks for file dataspec and I can not find this on any of my cds, it actually
asks for it on SP2 disc but I have searched for this file and its not there.

Help please
 
Pls post the exact error message. Also, what is shown when you type SC QUERY
HELPSVC in Command Prompt.
