help and support not able to know that my isp connection is connec

when I try to get instant help, it says cannot find the internet connection,
and im conneted to the internet.. whats up with that? can anyone help with
this?

well, I went to help and support on the computer, and when i presented a
question and was going to send it to instant support, it states "no internet
connection detected" which is wrong as i am connected.. the silly program has
a bug i think, does that help you?
