Help and Support no go!

I click on Help and Support and it fails to start. I see the hour glass for
less than a second and that's all.
I run Win XP proffesional.
Hard to seek help from the pc when it in itself won't start.
This is the only known problem I have to date.

Thanks in advance for any enlightenment

When did this problem start? What changes were made to the system between
the time it worked and now? Have you tried a system restore to before the
problem appeared?
