Help and Support GONE!

Suddenly "Help and Support" doesn't open a window. When I
click on Help and Support I see the hour glass for less
than half a second and nothing happens. I checked my
tweaking programs and found nothing related to toggling
Help and Support.

This will fix it. Don't use that reg cleaner again.....lol


To reinstall Help and Support: Go to
C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf. Right click and choose
install. Have your CD handy.

Note: The folder is hidden by default. Go to Start/Run
and type in: control folders. View: Show hidden files and
folders and uncheck Hide extensions for known file types

If it doesn't help go to Start/Run and type in: helpctr -
regserver

While you were right on about Reg Cleaner, your fix
didn't help. However, it seeems the problem is common and
there's a fix here: http://www.toniarts.com/faq.htm.

I was notified by someone with the identical problem who
saw my message. Thanks anyway.
