help and support feature

I have used the admin tools sections to disable the help
and support feature, which annoys the crap out of me every
time I start my XP pro by telling me I have an update to
my DVD software and I should go DL it....how do I nueter
that thing once and for all. (Thanks MS for assuming Im
too stupid to monitor my own software needs)
 
Well, you seem to be too stupid to know how to disable
auto-update notification without turning the whole help and
support system off.
