How do I export Help and Support favorites (not IE favorites) to another
machine?

Hi Raven,

Click Start/Run and type:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\HelpCtr

The favorites are stored in a file named "Favorites.stream". See if you're
successfully able to copy this to another system.

Thanks, Ramesh. That works! Now I just need to know how to organize the
Help and Support favorites! If this is possible, please let me know. Thanks
again.

You mean the sort order? I don't think it can be done, as it's not stored in
a editable format in the stream file. Secondly, when you copy this file to
another computer, the path to Windows must be same there. If the source
computer is C:\Windows, the target computer must also be C:\Windows, in
order to export the HelpCtr favorites.
