Help and Support Error

When tried to use the Help and Support service (from the
Start menu), an error message popped up: Cannot open Help
and Suppoer because a system service is not running. To
fix this problem, start the service named 'Help and
Support'. How can I fix this?

Start button - programs - administrative tools - services
Scroll down to 'Help and support' and double click it.
Click the start button.
Use the drop down box to change the start up type to automatic.
Click apply + ok.
Try to use H&S again.
