Help and Support Doesn't Work

When I'm using Help and Support in Windows XP and I click
the Related Links link nothing happens. If there is a
Note above, it duplicates. How can I fix this. please
help because it's nerve racking when you can't even find
information that can help you from the support.

Have same problem and also Index won't work.
None of the suggested fixes have worked. This started
after installing 2 critical updates. Contacted MS and if get
reply that restores all functions of H&S, will pass on.

You can also try Start/Run and type services.msc, scroll down the Help &
Support and click Restart.
