Help and Support (Related Links)

This is the probably the 5 th time I writing this. Help
and Support doesn't work.I have tried everything told,
but you keep sending same links(websites) solutions, and
none of them work. The problem is this:

when I click related links in Help and Support nothing
happens, instead if there is Notes above it, the note
symbol duplicates.How ridiculous is that!

Please solve this whatever is neccessary, HELP!
 
You can try reinstalling Help & Support.

I am assuming you have SP1 installed. If you have not, do not try this as it
is different.

Go to Start/Search/Files or Folders and type in, hscupd.exe. It should be at
C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Bineries.
Shut all open programmes before you start.

I've seen (and cured) the problem with the Note icons duplicating when
you click Related Links.

However, I've got almost the same problem since installing the Rollup
patch, but in my case I now get an alert that says 'This operation can
only function within HTML Help.' and links to executables (such as 'Open
My Computer', etc.) bring up the same alert.
No duplicate icons this time, and some links that call javascript on web
pages and in normal HTML Help itself fail to work too. :^(
