Help and Support doesn't work anymore!

My help and support feature doesn't work anymore. It used
to work but now it doesn't when I click START and go up
to Help and Support and click it it does nothing. Also
when I'm in solitaire and click help at the top and go
down to contents(F1) it says !unable to load windows help
application! Does anybody no what could be wrong, and how
I could fix the problem?
