'Help and support' centre on laptop does not work

Hi,

I need some expert advice, can someone help?
I have recently bought a Toshiba Equium laptop, which has a help and
support section (under 'start' menu), which I found quite useful for
advice. But since downloading the Microsoft updates, the 'help and
support' pages cannot be accessed. The laptop locks up and in some
cases have to reboot the machine or wait for a number of minutes for
the laptop to be useful again. Advice appreciated on how to cure this
problem.

you should contact Toshiba .. more than likely they added custom entries for
HSC and they got lost.
