Help, accidently closed Word, now clipboard data's gone!

Well, I was working on a blog entry and I wanted to spellcheck my entry
so I copied my entry onto a Word file (which I didn't save).

After I did my thing I closed word, copied and pasted something else
and now I can't retrieve my (deleted?) clipboard data (the blo
entry).

Is there anyway to recover this kind of data
